By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Ubuntu Loctician Company, its employees, and its agents.
- "Client" refers to the individual or entity receiving services from the Company.
- "Services" refers to all hair care, styling, loc maintenance, consultation, and related services provided by the Company.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking Policy: Appointments must be made through our official booking channels. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service charge.
- No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged.
4. Payments
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments through our secure payment platform.
- Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure an appointment. This will be deducted from the total service fee on the appointment day.
- Refund: Refunds are not provided for completed services. In the event of a dispute, please contact us within 48 hours of the service to resolve the issue.
5. Services
- Consultation: First-time clients are required to book a consultation before any major service. This helps ensure the best service and care plan for your locs.
- Service Duration: Duration of services may vary depending on the length, thickness, and condition of the client’s hair.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service, please inform the stylist before leaving. Adjustments will be made where possible at no extra charge.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Hair Condition: Clients are responsible for maintaining the condition of their locs between visits. The Company is not responsible for any damages caused due to lack of maintenance.
- Health Conditions: Clients must inform their stylist of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the service. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions, for which the Company cannot be held liable.
7. Liability
Ubuntu Loctician Company will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused during or after the use of our services unless it is proven that the injury or damage was caused by the negligence of our staff.
8. Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings will be used solely to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Ubuntu Loctician Company. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
